Steve Thompson

Steve Thompson is an independent musician currently based in southwestern Pennsylvania. Since 2004, Steve has been writing and recording music with the intention of challenging the listener and pushing himself in new directions. His past material has musically dabbled in everything from progressive rock to electronic music with lyrics often tackling themes of uncertainty, isolation, and the world at large.

Thompson has released three full albums of original material with each showcasing a unique, yet familiar, sound. In addition, Steve has released several extended plays and the recently completed 27 Saturdays project which saw him releasing a single track each Saturday for free on his web site.

Currently, Steve plays sporadic acoustic shows in the greater Pittsburgh area. He is hard at work on his fourth album and, if the past is any indication, listeners won't know what hits them!
